Pest Recommendations and Warranties

Please do not use any store-bought sprays, foggers, bug bombs, RAID, Home Defense, or other chemicals.
These products can interfere with our professional-grade treatments, rendering both ineffective and potentially worsening the infestation. Use of store-bought chemicals will void any warranty.

• Expect 3–6 treatments, spaced 2–4 weeks apart, for full resolution.
• Increased activity after the first visit is normal.
• Heavy infestations or prior use of store-bought pesticides may require 6+ treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and avoid mopping or deep cleaning treated areas for 2 weeks.
• Clean up any dead roaches (they act as a food source)
• Reduce clutter—roaches use it to avoid treated zones.
• Earliest follow-up service is 2 weeks after the initial visit.
• Remove pet food at night and avoid leaving trash or dirty dishes out.
• Point out problem areas to your technician during service.
• No warranty for German Roaches. (Wood and Oriental roaches are covered under the General Treatment).
• If roaches disappear for over a month and return, contact the office.

• Activity may increase post-treatment, especially if it’s been 3+ months since your last service.
• Allow 14 days for full effectiveness.
• Warranty touch-ups are available after 14 days, and apply only to problem areas.
• Avoid mopping or deep cleaning for 2 weeks post-treatment.
• No power washing for 2 months (ideally done before treatment).
• Reduce food sources and hiding spots (leaks, trash, clutter, pet food).
• Extreme weather (rain/sun) may impact treatment longevity.

Warranty Details:

• 🗓️     Quarterly Contract: Year-round coverage with automatic exterior service every 3 months and interior touch-ups as needed.

Quarterly Contract Customers: Hive removal on/in the home is included. The following applies to one-time/as-needed services:

Exterior Treatment

• No power washing for 2 months post-treatment.
• Allow 1 week for full effectiveness.
• 30-day warranty; treatment typically lasts 2–3 months.
• Weather may affect longevity.

Hive Removal (Structures, Trees, Bushes)

• Same guidelines as exterior treatment.
• Note: We do not exterminate honeybees unless advised by a beekeeper. Need help finding one? We’re happy to assist 🐝.

• Cleanliness is key—limit food sources and clutter.
• Allow 2 weeks for full effectiveness.
• Seal entry points (missing door sweeps, screens, etc.). Foam exclusion service available for an extra charge.
• Need a handyman referral? Just ask!
• No formal warranty, but contact us if issues persist after 2 weeks.
• Rodent bait should be refilled every 6–12 months to stay effective.
• Most cases require 1 visit, but severe infestations or structural issues may need follow-ups (additional charge).

• Vacate treated areas for 3 hours post-service.
• Do not dispose of furniture unless fully wrapped in plastic.
• Strip mattresses before service.
• Use bedbug-proof covers for mattresses and pillows.
• Dry clothing on high heat.
• Identify and eliminate the source to prevent reintroduction.
• Remove any powder-based treatments (e.g., diatomaceous earth) before service.
• Whole-house treatment required on first visit. Follow-ups may target active rooms.
• Most cases resolve in 2–3 treatments, spaced 2 weeks apart.
• No warranty, but if bedbugs return after 2+ weeks, contact us.

• Vacate treated areas for 3 hours post-service.
• Pets must be treated to prevent reinfestation.
• Most cases resolve in 1 treatment; severe cases may need 2–3.
• Follow-ups can be scheduled 2 weeks after initial service.
• No warranty, but if fleas return after 3 weeks, contact us.

• Applied around yard perimeter to non-flowering/non-fruited foliage.
• Allow 30–60 minutes to dry (faster in hot/sunny weather).
• 30-day warranty; treatment typically lasts 2–3 months.
• Less effective in densely wooded areas.
• Mosquito treatment may be impacted by standing water or nearby wetlands.
• Flea treatment may be compromised by stray animals.

• We cannot guarantee capture of the target animal.
• Check traps daily and call us if something is caught.
• Do not touch, reset, rebait trap or release animals.
• If  a trap is stolen, an additional charge may apply.
